Shared and Team Folders
Shared folders give company-wide visibility on audit results. Whereas, Team folders can be structured for private use.
By private use, no other team member user roles can see that folder unless they have access. Only your Team Manager and the administrator can access this folder.
There are multiple ways to structure your folders. As an example:
- You can create folders Per representative. The representative and his/her team manager can track results over time of their SoA.
- Or by Region. The administrator can see trends, comparison or differences between the NSW and QLD teams.
